Hi, I'm Alex and I love to build things in garages. This story I made was based upon what I like to do and things I can imagine.
Graham’s Great Journey
Graham walked into the garage with a new idea to build a digital clock.he was looking forward to building a clock for a very long time. He had his woodworking and electronics shop in the garage. It was full of work benches and power tools. He started making the digital clock and it did not take long until it was time to test it. First, he turned it on and then pressed the main button. He did not realize that he put in the wrong part and it turned into a time machine. He disappeared from his work shop and reappeared 500 years in the future.
Surprised and scared Graham realized that he was sitting in a seat of a large rocket leaving to go to Pluto! Then he noticed that the rocket was counting down to blastoff. 5 4 3 2 1 BLASTOFF!!! The force of the rocket was pushing Graham back into his seat very hard. He remembered meeting an astronaut at the building Museum in Washington DC, who told him that it was very hard to breathe during takeoff and the force of the rocket would push you back very hard. This is what Graham was experiencing at this very moment. In no time the rocket was in the mm stratosphere.
After some time he was able to move his head to look around the giant rocket. He noticed that there were many other seats like his, but with robots in them. Graham felt extremely scared. He did not know what to do. Then the rocket engines turned off as the rocket was in outer space. The rocket engines turned off because in space there is no gravity to pull you back or to stop a flying object. This only works because space is a vacuum. Then the engines turned on again. Graham noticed from the window that the space ship was slowly turning towards Pluto. After that he heard an extremely loud sound coming from the rocket and then he started to be pushed back into his seat again, but this time way harder because he was going into superluminal travel to Pluto. 15 minutes later the rocket engines turned on in reverse to slow the spaceship down in order to land on Pluto.
The door to the rocket opened and all of the robots marched out and Graham followed them. He was extremely surprised to find out that he could breathe on Pluto. Pluto turned out to have the same oxygen levels as Earth. Then he saw the robots walking towards a large mountain. The robots were going up the side of the mountain. Graham followed them. Once they got to the top he noticed that there was a weird looking building. Graham and the robots march up to the door of the weird building. The first robot punched a code into a key pad that let them into the weird building. Graham ran so he could get into the building too. Graham and the robots took an elevator to the top floor. The elevator door opened and his jaw dropped. He saw aliens working on a machine that could take an individual to a different galaxy. The aliens immediately noticed him and asked him if he wanted to help. They could tell that he was a very intelligent kid that could be useful. He spent one week working in their workshop. The aliens were very kind to him and he learned all the skills that he ever wanted to learn. the aliens taught him how to weld youse a plasma cutter and how to make a teleporting machien. In return for his help, the aliens helped him to make a time machine.
Now it was time to leave Pluto. He said “Good bye” to the aliens and got back into the rocket. The flight back was even faster. Before he knew it, the rocket was landing. Right when the rocket touched the ground, he turned on the time machine to go back in time to when he touched the time machine in his garage. Five seconds later his mom opened the garage door and told him it was time for lunch. He did not even realize how hungry he was and he was very happy to be back home.
